Sarine’s Beauty Salon & Nails is committed to providing a clear and transparent shipping process for all customers who purchase products from us online. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth experience by clearly communicating shipping timeframes, costs, and expectations. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing
 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If there are delays due to high order volume or product availability, customers will be notified by email.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and destination.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – where available

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
 

Local Pickup (If Applicable)
 

If we offer local pickup from our salon location, customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready. Pickup times are during standard salon business hours.
 

Domestic Shipping Only
 

At this time, Sarine’s Beauty Salon & Nails ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
 

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sarine’s Beauty Salon & Nails is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Damage during transit

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you with next steps.
 

Incorrect Shipping Information
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot reroute packages or issue refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
